Eunjeong (EJ) Kim has a wide range of experience in contract negotiation and dispute resolution with major energy companies, state-owned enterprises and foreign governments in connection with multi-billion dollar Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects for Hyundai Heavy Industries in Korea and multinational corporations in Singapore and the United States. She has led negotiations with foreign governments to establish joint ventures and corporations overseas, and has various litigation experiences, including tax litigation with foreign companies, intellectual property rights and anti-dumping, and antitrust litigation.
