Jessica Park

Jessica received scholarships for leadership and superior academics while attending Emory University and Emory University School of Law, graduating from law school with honors. While attending law school, she interned for her immigration law professor and has dealt with a variety of immigration cases. She has experience handling complex immigration court cases such as Special Immigrant Juvenile petitions, 601 Waivers for grounds of inadmissibility, and deportation trials. Jessica has actively contributed to international refugee projects through activities in Immigration Law Society and the International Refugee Assistance Project. She also has various litigation experiences in products liability, securities law, and mass tort class action litigation as part of the litigation team at a large law firm.
